Poem 22 of 35

Reforge

A heart planted in the steadfast rain,

where trees and thorns brush against the light.

The wind chimes in my pain.

A laminating thought dances on the clouds.

Sunlight bows to the horizon ahead.

Lightning strikes.

The eternal brows remember songs that were said.

Whispers unfurled.

Magma guides the amber and star.

Lightning strikes again.

A spark now ignites.

Hope dashed to pieces as dreams run away.

The flames now take flight.

I lean into ideas

cast by shadow of thought.

Symptoms made whole

as the fire spreads wings.

Destruction, yes,

but seeds sing along

with the hope they bring.

A path to reforge.

A thought to mend.

A verse to ponder.

The hero's path becomes polarized with heart.

Reforge your story,

one foot from the start.

The night yields to the night.

Blue, yellow, and orange

curtain the moon and night.

Reforge the path with your heart.

Reforge your light

and ever-shifting chart.
