Most questions can be solved with the steps below. If something still feels out of place, send us a note and tell us what happened.
Open Poetry for Your Mood, choose up to three feelings, and optionally add a reflection, memory, or idea. Choose a poetry style, review your selections, then tap Shape My Poem. An internet connection is required while the poem is created.
Check that your device is online, then try again after a moment. The free experience includes four generated poems each day. If the service remains unavailable, close and reopen the app before contacting us.
Open a generated or saved poem and tap Listen. Narration requires an internet connection the first time audio is created. Once available, the audio may be kept on your device temporarily for easier replay.
Your saved poems stay in My Poetry on your device. Use Share to prepare a visual poem card and open the iOS share sheet—you always choose whether and where it is shared.
Moon Pass unlocks unlimited poem generation, additional poetry styles, premium narrator choices, and Sleep Worlds. Sleep Worlds can be previewed before subscribing and activated while Moon Pass is active.
Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple Account that purchased Moon Pass. Open Moon Pass in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Apple handles billing and restoration through the App Store.
