Poem 19 of 35

Family Ties

As the winds blow, the earth will shake.

What binds us as one?

Gather your thoughts for us to make.

Shifting sands,

heartfelt hands.

Trees bloom with the winds of seven;

tulips inspire violet.

A rift thunders in heaven.

My ghostly pen

collects dreams again.

Plant your resolve and watch it grow.

Rainbow hearts to solve,

the fading moon to glow.

Hero's forge lights the way.

Feelings sewn in the eye,

radiant light, a silken lie.

Measure of tomorrow,

staple your sorrow.

What calls us as one?

Family ties,

forever bright as the sun.
